Future Development

Columbia Tech Center in Vancouver, Washington is a long-term master-planned project that is being developed in five phases. Over 107 acres are still available for development and the buildings listed below have been identified for possible future construction. The exact number of buildings that are developed as well as the building type, configuration and location will be based on market demand and, therefore, subject to change.
